Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Ambattur - Chennai

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to introduce our products/services, answer questions, and obtain orders or appointments.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided list or leads.
• Present and promote our products/services to prospective clients.
• Answer questions about products/services and address any concerns potential customers may have.
• Obtain customer information and details of potential leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and close sales.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management to improve sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Ability to persuade and influence others.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Highly motivated and target driven.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Graduation is required; additional certification in the same field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?150,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Ambattur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
