Job Overview
As a Caller, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone to promote products or services. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information about offerings to drive sales.
Duties
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Present products or services persuasively to secure sales
• Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections and negotiate deals
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
• Provide exceptional customer service during calls
Qualifications
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal communication skills
• Experience in technical sales, technology sales, or general sales is preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate and engage with customers
• Familiarity with telemarketing practices is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
