Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating leads or sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers or clients from a provided list.
• Introduce and promote the company's products or services.
• Provide information and answer questions about products or services.
• Identify and qualify potential leads or sales opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly voice.
