Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, answering inquiries, and providing information about our immigration services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective clients to inform them about our services and invite them for consultations.
• Handle Inbound Calls: Respond to incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding immigration procedures.
• Maintain Client Database: Update and maintain records of client interactions and contact details in the CRM system.
• Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls to clients who have shown interest in our services or have attended initial consultations.
• Schedule Appointments: Arrange and confirm appointments for clients to meet with our immigration consultants.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an immigration office or customer service environment.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, and strong organizational skills.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Visa Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout the visa application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals and assess their eligibility for various visa programs.
• Document Preparation: Assist clients in preparing and organizing necessary documentation for visa applications.
• Application Process: Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and deadlines.
• Follow Up: Monitor the status of visa applications and provide updates to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
• Research: Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies, and provide clients with the most current information.
• Workshops and Seminars: Participate in and occasionally conduct workshops or seminars to educate clients about immigration options and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; master's degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in visa counseling or immigration consulting.
• Skills: Strong understanding of immigration laws and processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
