We're hiring for Telecaller in Amar Cars (Dealership of Maruti Suzuki) - Anand Location
• Bachelor degree in any field.
• Resolving customer complaints and queries.
• Providing detailed information to customers.
• Following up with customers for any further information.
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the clients.
• Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department is on added advantage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-oriented individual.
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
