Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound queries.
Clearly communicate hotel offerings, promotions, and services.
Maintain a positive, professional tone during all interactions.
Schedule bookings or appointments as required.
Maintain accurate records of customer conversations.
Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
.
Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) education; a degree is a plus.
Previous experience in telecalling, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
Friendly, persuasive, and confident personality.
Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
