Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic Tele-Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will handle outbound calls to gather customer feedback, generate leads, and convert them into sales. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calls:
• Make 250-300 calls daily to customers and leads.
• Gather feedback from existing customers regarding their experience.
• Follow up on potential leads to promote our F&B services.
• Sales Conversion:
• Persuade potential customers to visit our restaurants or Online / Takeaway order from us.
• Address customer queries and provide detailed information about our offerings.
• Maintain a high conversion rate through effective communication.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve targets.
• Share customer feedback with management to enhance services.

Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication in [English, Hindi & Bengali] is essential.
• Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using call management software and CRM tools.
• Target-Driven: Ability to meet daily and monthly sales targets.

• Minimum qualification: Minimum Graduation.

Duty Timing, Perks & Benefits

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
