Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female freshers to join our team as Tele callers. The ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide information about our products/services and answer queries.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while engaging with customers.
• Document call details and update customer information in our database.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

Qualifications:

• Female candidates preferred.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
