Job Summary

:

We are hiring enthusiastic and goal-driven

Tele Sales Executives

for our International process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to international customers (US/UK/Australia), pitching products or services, handling objections, and closing sales effectively. This is a voice-based process requiring excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Key Responsibilities

:

Make outbound calls to potential international customers from provided leads. Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products/services accordingly. Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently. Overcome objections and close sales on calls. Maintain call logs, sales records, and follow-up details in the CRM system. Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Handle post-sale queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Stay updated with process knowledge, product updates, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Graduation preferred. 2-6 years of tele sales or BPO experience (international voice process preferred). Excellent spoken English with a neutral/understandable accent. Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Confidence to engage in cold calling and pitch sales effectively. Willingness to work in night shifts or UK shifts as per process. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
