Roles and Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation and Sales: - Make outbound calls to potential clients interested in studying abroad - Promote study abroad programs for destinations like Canada, Australia, USA, and UK - Achieve sales targets for student enrollments and conversions 2. Customer Service: - Handle inbound inquiries about overseas education and immigration services - Provide basic information about study programs, visa requirements, and application processes - Address client concerns and questions professionally3. Data Management: - Update lead information in the CRM system and Excel sheets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions - Generate reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales performance4. Follow-up and Conversion: - Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads - Push for conversions from inquiries to applications - Coordinate with counselors to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads5. Information Gathering: - Collect relevant information from clients about their educational background, preferences, and goals - Conduct initial assessments to determine client eligibility for various programs6. Interdepartmental Coordination: - Liaise with counselors and other departments to ensure seamless client service - Escalate complex queries or high-potential leads to appropriate team members
