As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and generating leads that contribute to our overall sales goals. Duties

• Attend inbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
• Effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings to potential customers
• Analyse customer needs and tailor conversations to meet those needs
• Maintain accurate records of calls made and customer interactions in Salesforce
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns
• Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to assist in refining sales strategies
• Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly targets and improve overall performance

Experience

• Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not essential
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess customer needs quickly
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous
• Fluency in English is a plus, enabling effective communication with a broader client base
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive approach
• A positive attitude and resilience in handling objections during calls
