Job Summary:



We are seeking a dynamic and motivated

Tele Sales Executive

to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or cold data Pitch products/services clearly and persuasively Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions Handle customer queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM tools Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Collaborate with team members to share best practices

Requirements:



Proven experience in tele sales, call center, or customer-facing roles preferred Excellent verbal communication skills in English Ability to handle rejections and remain confident and motivated Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems Minimum qualification: [12th Pass / Graduate]

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
