Job Description

• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets by developing a marketing strategy as a tele sales executive
• Convert leads into sales through effective telephonic conversations.
• Gain a deep understanding of the companys services and identify customer needs where the companys solutions can fit.
• Stay updated on industry trends to better position services to customers.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers by using active listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, offering solutions, and following up.
• Adhere to company rules and regulations while maintaining high standards of customer support and communication.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and queries.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, including feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
• Stick to the sales script and strategy while adapting to conversations when necessary to optimize sales outcomes.
• Keep customers informed about new product launches and updates.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,237.94 - ?9,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
