Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Telesales Executive to join our team specializing in B2B logistics. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of lead generation tools and techniques, and experience in telesales within logistics or related industries. This role is focused on outbound sales efforts , requiring creativity, enthusiasm, and self-motivation to connect with decision-makers and book appointments for our Sales team in the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
• Target Audience Engagement: Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, Google, eBay, and relevant websites to identify and reach the target audience effectively.
• Decision-Maker Identification: Research and identify decision-makers within prospective companies and establish meaningful connections and dialogue.
• Lead Qualification: Assess whether prospects meet the necessary volume criteria (minimum of 30 transactions per week).
• Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the UK Sales team with qualified leads and provide necessary context for successful pitches.
• Lead Generation Tools: Leverage tools and software for lead generation and prospecting to maximize efficiency and results.
• B2B Sales Expertise: Apply experience in B2B profiles, particularly within logistics, to tailor outreach and sales strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in telesales , with a preference for candidates with logistics or transport industry experience.
• Proficiency in lead generation tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, and other sales enablement software.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and ability to manage outbound sales campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence decision-makers effectively.
• Self-starter with a creative approach to outbound sales efforts, demonstrating enthusiasm and motivation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the Sales team to achieve goals.
Required Documents:
• Proof of prior telesales experience in relevant industries.
• Familiarity with tools and software for lead generation.
• Evidence of handling B2B profiles in logistics or related fields.
