Requirements & Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in relevant field Excellent communication skills in English is a must Experience of working on CRM and Ms Office expescially Excel and Powerpoint Minimum 3-6 Months of experience in Tele-sales outbound. Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate conversions. Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain and update the database with accurate customer information. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Knowledge of Kannada / Hindi would be added advantage
