Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telesales - Customer Support Executive to join our team at Rangbaaz, a leading affiliate partner agency specializing in online Marketing Network. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat

2. Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues

4. Utilize customer service software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions

5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

6. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

1. 12th or Graduate degree

2. Previous experience in a customer service role/Telesales

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks

7. Patience and empathy to effectively handle customer concerns
