Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products or services, and closing sales over the phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce company products or services, and engage in conversations to qualify leads.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Follow up with warm leads and cold calls to generate sales and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Customer Needs Assessment: Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions from our product or service offerings.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products/services to effectively convey their benefits and features.
• Script Adherence: Follow company sales scripts and guidelines while ensuring a professional and engaging conversation.
• Close Sales: Effectively close sales over the phone, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales, and outcomes using CRM software.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve Queries: Address customer concerns, provide product information, and ensure satisfaction.
• Reporting: Report daily, weekly, or monthly sales figures and activities to the sales manager, tracking performance against goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Experience: 1-2 years of telesales or telemarketing experience preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
• Sales Focused: Strong sales aptitude with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Problem Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Customer-Centric: Professional, friendly, and responsive demeanor with a customer-first attitude.
• Computer Literacy: Comfortable using CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
• Multitasking: Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive Attitude: Enthusiastic, motivated, and driven to succeed.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with Agriculture/Horticulture Products.
• Experience with inbound and outbound telesales.
• Ability to handle objections and turn them into sales opportunities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• BSc/Msc Agriculture.
• Diploma in Agriculture.

Working Hours:

• Full-time or part-time hours depending on the company's needs, with flexibility in some cases.
• Some roles may involve evening or weekend shifts.
