Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, distributors and retailers.
Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns.
2. Product Presentation:
Provide detailed information about products, features, and pricing to customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
3. Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Regularly follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases and offer support as needed.
4. Sales Targets:
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
Track and report sales performance metrics.
5. Customer Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Record details of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
6. Feedback and Improvement:
Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for product and service improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors.
Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience : Proven experience in telemarketing, tele calling or customer service roles of at least 1-2 year, preferably in the
automotive or spare parts industry.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
