Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation : Identify and generate new sales opportunities through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
• Customer Outreach : Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services and address inquiries.
• Sales Pitch : Deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations over the phone to convert leads into sales.
• Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty, ensuring repeat business.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Market Feedback : Gather and report customer feedback, preferences, and market trends to the management team.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all calls, interactions, and sales in the CRM system.
