Key Deliverables
1. This will be B2C sales
2. Managing end to end process of customer support
3. Efficiently maintaining customer relationship and customer
4. management.
5. Providing meaningful business insights.
6. Responsible for timely resolution of queries & Escalations
7. Work on adhoc activities/ Projects assigned by reporting manager
Role Requirements
1. Prior Experience - 6 months plus yr of experience in tele calling industry
2. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
3. Basic knowledge of financial products and services.
4. Candidates from BFSI Industry will be preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?22,500.00 - ?29,500.00 per month
