Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
• Handle inbound calls and answer queries related to products/services.
• Maintain a database of customer information and manage CRM software.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the team leader.
• Provide detailed information about products/services to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Update call records and prepare reports on a daily basis.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies.
Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Hindi and English
