Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calls : Initiate and manage outbound calls to prospective clients, patients, and healthcare professionals to promote services, schedule appointments, or provide information.
• Inbound Call Handling : Answer incoming calls, resolve queries, provide relevant healthcare information, and direct patients to appropriate departments.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads based on customer needs and data analysis. Maintain and update the lead database accurately.
• Appointments Scheduling : Assist in scheduling appointments for patients with healthcare providers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, and healthcare partners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Product Promotion : Educate patients and clients on available healthcare services, products, and insurance plans, emphasizing their benefits.
• Compliance : Ensure all calls and patient interactions comply with industry regulations, privacy policies, and the company's standards of service.
• Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from patients regarding their healthcare experience and share insights with relevant teams to improve services.
• Sales Targets : Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management team, including generating new appointments and conversions.
Key Requirements:
• Education : Minimum of a High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
• Experience : Prior experience in Tele-calling, telesales, or customer service within the healthcare or related industry is a plus.
• Skills :
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate healthcare services clearly.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
• Language Proficiency : Fluent in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.]
