Job description We are looking for a highly motivated individual to take up the role of Tele Marketing in our team. The job is to reach out to various customers over the phone, explain them the product & features and deliver value to the customers. Roles and Responsibilities:- \xc2\xb7 Converts inquiries into sales by answering inbound /outbound telephone calls \xc2\xb7 Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts \xc2\xb7 Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales \xc2\xb7 Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up \xc2\xb7 Build a strong relationship/trust with customers by understanding the customer requirements \xc2\xb7 Selling over the phone and achieve the targeted sales numbers \xc2\xb7 Explaining the product features in detail \xc2\xb7 Address all the issues/grievances of customers and provide the right customer experience. Desired Candidate Profile \xc2\xb7 Telemarketing / Selling Skills \xc2\xb7 Basic computer skills MS Excel, Word \xc2\xb7 Minimum of 6 Months \xe2\x80\x93 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Telemarketing / Collections / Retention / Domestic BPO / Direct Sales / Telecom / Insurance / Customer Engagement process or domain \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage stress \xc2\xb7 Willingness to learn Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb910,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 per month
