- Outbound Calls: Make daily calls to dealers, distributors, and customers to promote products and services.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate and analyze data collected from calls to provide actionable insights.
- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and assist with any concerns.
- Reporting: Maintain records of calls made and feedback received, and report on outcomes and metrics.
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and general office software.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights.
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
