Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate and convert leads for interior design services.
Understand client needs and present suitable solutions.
Schedule consultations and coordinate with the design team.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales progress in CRM.
Stay updated on company offerings and industry trends.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Prior experience in telemarketing or inside sales preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
