Key Responsibilities:

• •Outbound Calling: • Conduct outbound calls to businesses across a range of industries to introduce ThinkBeyond Digital's services and solutions.
• •Lead Generation: • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective cold-calling, researching, and engaging prospects.
• •Sales Closing :• Present tailored digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.) that align with client needs, and successfully close sales.
• •Appointment Scheduling: • Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to conduct follow-up meetings.
• •Customer Needs Analysis: • Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their business goals and digital marketing needs, providing solutions that meet those needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• •Telemarketing or Sales Experience: • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer outreach, ideally within a B2B environment.
• •Strong Communication Skills :• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients over the phone.
• •Digital Marketing Knowledge (Preferred but not required): • Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, PPC, etc.) is an advantage, but not mandatory. Willingness to learn about digital marketing is essential.
• •Sales-driven: • Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KRAs in a fast-paced environment.
• •Goal-Oriented: • Self-motivated with a focus on achieving both individual and team sales objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Quarterly bonus
• Shift allowance

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
