Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers who have abandoned their carts on Shopify, following up with customers to gather reviews, converting inquiries into sales, and representing the company at exhibition stalls. This role is critical in enhancing customer satisfaction, increasing sales, and building a strong brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cart Abandonment Follow-Up:
• Call customers who have abandoned their Shopify carts to understand their concerns and encourage them to complete their purchases.
• Provide information and answer any questions they may have about the products or the checkout process.
• Customer Review Solicitation:
• Contact customers who have placed orders online or offline to request reviews and feedback on their shopping experience.
• Guide customers on how to leave reviews on various platforms and thank them for their support.
• Sales Conversion:
• Engage with potential customers through calls and emails to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Understand customer needs, offer product recommendations, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Process orders efficiently and ensure customers receive all necessary information regarding their purchases.
• Exhibition and Event Participation:
• Represent the company at exhibition stalls and events.
• Engage with attendees, provide information about products, and create a positive impression of the brand.
• Collect leads and follow up with potential customers post-event.

Should be fluent in speaking english and hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Performance bonus

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
