Industry- Exhibition and Expo Projects

• Selling : Use persuasion skills to sell, upsell, and cross-sell the company's products or services
• Communicating : Have excellent verbal communication skills and be able to articulate product features and benefits
• Understanding the product : Have a thorough knowledge of the product and its details so you can answer customer questions
• Customer service : Be customer-focused and able to understand and address customer needs
• Following up : Follow up on previous customers for potential sales
• Maintaining records : Keep track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future
• Completing surveys : Complete customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers
• Working independently : Be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Multitasking : Be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Using technology : Be proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Being respectful : Remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
