Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, and converting leads into customers. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce Book My Kitty's services.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
• Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies and tactics.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Handle client queries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Tele Marketing Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
