Job Responsibilities:

Call potential and existing customers to sell products or services. Explain the benefits of the product/service and answer customer questions. Follow up with interested customers to close sales. Keep records of calls and customer details. Work towards daily or monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Any Graduate

1-3 years of experience in telemarketing or sales.

Strong Communication

- Clear and confident speaking ability.

Persuasion & Sales Skills

- Ability to convince customers and close deals.

Active Listening

- Understand customer needs and respond effectively.

Customer Handling

- Patience and a positive attitude while talking to customers.

Negotiation Skills

- Overcome objections and influence decisions.
