Tele Marketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our services.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up to convert them into customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales and call targets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
• Basic knowledge of business registrations, licenses, or tax compliance is a plus.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
