Job Description

Freshers:

First three months: ?16,000 per month.

Post 3 months: Revised salary of ?20,000 from the 4th month.

Retention bonus: ?12,000 in the 4th month.

Experienced: Up to ?25,000 per month + incentives + insurance (personal accidental & medical) + gratuity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a positive brand image and awareness of Just Dial among new prospective clients (SMEs).
• Contact customers via phone to explain advantages and features of services or persuade them to purchase.
• Answer customer queries regarding the services offered.
• Advise customers on prices, services, and options to help them make informed decisions.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments between sales representatives and clients until deals are closed.
• Maintain and work on follow-up data.
• Provide feedback to the team lead on prospects or follow-ups and meet assigned targets on time.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of promoting and selling products or services.
• Ability to work both in a team environment and independently, adapting to changes effectively.
• Proficient in computer skills, including the use of desktop systems.
