Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Tele caller Executive for Real Estate industry to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve targets.
• Handling customer Calls on collections, sales & retention. Maintaining good relationship with customers.
• Retaining customer, Handling Inbound and outbound voice calls. Maintaining strong network.
• Generating leads & Closing sales. Achieving monthly targets.
Desired Candidate profile
• Multi language preferable.
• Callcentre or BPO experience in Voice process will be an added advantage.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Strong consultative sales skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills by maintaining patience.
• Proficient in MS OFFICE
