Job Description

We are looking for an energetic Tele marketing executive to help drive our sales and identify the new customers to grow the business. You will attract new clients and build solid relationships with them while maintaining existing relationships.

The successful applicant will be resourceful, organized and motivated to increase sales, enhance the company's reputation.

A background in sales or marketing is strongly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call a target list of potential customers to create leads for further development or to make sales
• Use effective sales techniques to engage potential customers
• Conducting online market research and identifying potential clients.
• Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
• Identify new business opportunities and partners.
• Handling queries from existing customers and offering new technologies
• Communicate with customers through Emails and phone.
• Generate the orders from customers.
• Forward the customer quality queries to Q.C & Q.A and follow ups

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in business management, marketing, or experience in related field.
• 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in Tele Marketing preferred. (Freshers with good communication skills may be considered for trainee position.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
