Job Summary
The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating calls to potential customers, providing information about products or services, addressing queries, and persuading prospects to purchase or take desired actions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle rejections professionally while meeting targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Customer Outreach
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers based on leads provided.
• Inform customers about products, services, or promotional offers.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate details about the company's offerings.
• Lead Generation and Conversion
• Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products or services.
• Persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting.
• Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly targets for lead generation or sales.
• Follow-Up
• Maintain follow-up schedules with interested prospects.
• Address customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Data Management
• Update customer information in the company database accurately.
• Record details of calls, sales, and other interactions in CRM software.
• Feedback and Reporting
• Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
• Suggest improvements based on customer interactions and common issues.
• Compliance and Quality Standards
• Follow company guidelines for communication and sales etiquette.
• Adhere to privacy laws and ensure data security during interactions.
Qualifications and Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Fluency in [specific language(s)] as required by the target audience.
