Job Description

A Training Coordinator is responsible for Introducing courses to public, building customers, planning, organizing, and coordinating training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Marketing Training Programs: introduce various programs to potential customers through phone , WhatsApp and other means and convert them to customers.
• Resource Management: Coordinate training resources, including trainers, training materials, and training venues. Manage training budgets and expenses.
• Scheduling: Plan and schedule training sessions, considering the availability of participants and trainers. Communicate training schedules to relevant stakeholders.
• Logistics and Administration: Handle logistical aspects of training, such as booking venues, arranging equipment, and managing participant registrations. Administer training evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
• Communication: Effectively communicate training programs, objectives, and expectations to participants and stakeholders. Ensure clear and concise information is provided before, during, and after training sessions.
• Evaluation and Improvement: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and evaluation metrics. Use the data to make continuous improvements to training content and delivery methods.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results. Prepare reports on training effectiveness for management.
• Compliance: Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Stay updated on best practices in training and development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in selling of training programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowing Hindi is advantageous

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
