Job Summary:

School of Sports is looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Telemarketer

to join our team. The role involves reaching out to new leads, engaging with potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales:

Call new prospects generated from social media, marketing campaigns, and other promotions. Explain our sports training programs and offers to potential customers and encourage enrollment. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into registrations.

School Coordination:

Liaise with partner schools to communicate program details, schedules, and updates. Assist in coordinating student participation in sports events and competitions.

Fee Collection & Customer Follow-ups:

Contact existing clients for

fee reminders and collections

. Provide payment assistance and resolve any billing queries.

Event & Information Sharing:

Inform parents and clients about upcoming sports events, tournaments, and training schedules. Handle inquiries related to our programs and promotions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

? Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
? Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus
? Ability to multitask and maintain client records efficiently
? Basic knowledge of sports or a passion for sports is an advantage
? Proficiency in English and local languages preferred
