Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced Telemarketing Executive with a minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably from an IT Training Institute background. Purely sales-based role, focused on convincing potential students to enrol in our courses.

Key Responsibilities :

Outbound calling to potential students to promote IT training courses

Convert leads into sales by addressing potential students' concerns and objections.

Utilize strong sales skills to influence and persuade potential students to enrol in our courses.

Achieve and exceed monthly targets for admissions, revenue, and fee collection

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student information

Collaborate with trainers and students to generate referral leads

Skills Required :

Strong communication and sales skills

Ability to persuade and convince potential students to join our courses

Fluent in Tamil, with decent English speaking skills; knowledge of Malayalam is an added advantage

Willingness to work extended hours to meet sales targets

Background in the education sector, preferably in IT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
