Job Description

A telemarketing executive, also known as a telesales executive, outbound sales associate, or lead generation specialist, generates leads, makes sales, and provides customer service over the phone:

• Lead generation : Use cold calling and other methods to identify potential customers
• Sales : Use persuasion skills to sell products or services, and meet sales targets
• Customer service : Provide information about products, answer customer questions, and resolve complaints
• Relationship building : Develop relationships with customers and provide post-sales support
• Record keeping : Maintain records of customer contacts and sales activities
• Product improvement : Provide feedback to supervisors to help improve products, services, and sales strategies

Other responsibilities of a telemarketing executive include: Qualifying prospects by understanding their needs, Upselling and cross-selling, and Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction. Telemarketing executives should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Morning shift
