Position: Telemarketing Executive Freshers (female candidates only)

Domain: Printers and Laptop - Rental and Sale

Experience: 0 - 1 year

Work location: Rayala Towers, Anna Salai, Chennai (work from office)

Job type: Full - time, permanent.

Salary: ?10,000 - ?15,000

Responsibilities:

Increase communication with clients and address their business needs.

Prioritizing customer needs and providing outstanding service.

Positivity and the capacity to manage demanding circumstances.

Although not required, a basic understanding of computers and CRM software is appreciated.

Keep records of orders, accounts, and contacts.

Modify sales scripts to more effectively address the requirements and preferences of particular customers.

Gathering and maintaining lists of people's contact information.

Making calls to prospective and existing customers to promote product purchases.

Making a note of important details from each conversation.

Recognize client needs and respond to their inquiries.

Reach goals and close a customer deal.

Create leads and contact future customers by phone.

Develop a culture of great trust among teammates.

Make cold calls to prospective clients.

To present the company's products to potential customers.

Monitor sales leads, send quotes, and make sure the client is satisfied.

Required skills and Qualification:

Strong communication abilities, both written and vocal.

Excellent negotiating and persuading abilities.

Ability to respond professionally to rejections and objections.

Willing to work together and encourage teammates to accomplish shared objectives.

Excellent communication skills, including the capacity to establish a trustworthy relationship over the phone.

Extremely driven and goal-oriented.
