• Generating leads: Reaching out to potential clients, identifying their needs, and making cold calls
• Building customer relationships: Maintaining relationships with existing clients
• Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and overall performance
• Advising customers: Providing information about products and services that may be of interest to customers
• Closing deals: Closing sales deals over the phone
• Upselling and cross-selling: Upselling and cross-selling other products that may be useful for clients
• Market research: Conducting market research, such as surveys and telephone interviews, to better understand the target mark.
CRITERIA:
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory, Prior experience working as a telesales executive or in a similar role.
• Fluency in English.
• Adept knowledge of working with MS Office.
• Great communication skills, both verbal and written.
