Job Description

• Handle Inbound/Outbound Calls : Respond to customer inquiries or make calls to prospective clients.
• Provide Information : Answer questions about products, services, or company policies.
• Sales Support : Assist with product sales or promotional offers through calls.
• Customer Assistance : Resolve complaints, issues, and provide solutions over the phone.
• Data Entry : Record customer details and interactions accurately in the system.
• Follow-Up : Contact customers for follow-up on previous conversations or services.
• Meet Targets : Achieve sales or service-related goals set by the company.
• Maintain Professionalism : Ensure positive and professional communication with customers.
• Handle Escalations : Transfer complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other departments to meet customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
