: Telecalling and Sales Representative
Position: Telecalling and Sales Representative Department: Sales Reports to: Department Head Location: 315, industrial area phase 2, near mahindra showroom, panchkula (hr)
Job Summary:
As a Telecalling and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients. Your primary goal is to meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth. This role involves a combination of cold calling, follow-up calls, and handling inbound inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer questions, and address any concerns.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the company's products, services, pricing, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve sales processes.
Feedback: Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and potential improvements to products or services.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. College degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or a related role is highly preferred. Freshers are also allowed.
Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
o Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
