We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads and setting up appointments for our sales team by reaching out to potential clients through phone calls. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our digital marketing services.
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication to nurture relationships.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
• Provide feedback and insights to help improve our telemarketing strategies and scripts.
