Tele Marketing Executive
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide solutions to customers' needs.
• Develop and maintain a customer database.
• Work on social media platforms and other online channels to generate leads and build brand awareness.
• Follow up on leads generated through various channels to convert them into sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns and scripts for better customer engagement.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
