Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller to focus on lead generation through cold calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, engaging them through effective communication, and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to the target audiance and introduce them to the company's fintech products/services.
Understand client needs and provide product information tailored to their financial requirements.
Generate qualified leads for the sales team by identifying prospects who show interest in financial solutions.
Maintain an updated database of prospects with detailed call notes and outcomes.
Follow up with prospects who have been contacted in the past and nurture them towards becoming leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Handle objections professionally and address any queries or concerns raised.
Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Provide regular reports on call activity and lead generation progress to the management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in cold calling , particularly for international clients.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse global audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
