Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads.

Maintain proper records of calls and follow-up actions.
Address queries and concerns in a professional manner.
Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales (preferably in education or edtech).
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Ability to handle rejections and objections positively.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call logs is a plus.
