We are looking for a

Telemarketing Executive

to join our team and drive student enrollments. The role involves making outbound calls, explaining course details, following up on leads, and converting inquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads. Explain course details, benefits, and admission processes. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure conversions. Maintain proper records of calls and follow-up actions. Address queries and concerns in a professional manner. Work towards achieving weekly and monthly sales targets. Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

Requirements:



1 to 4 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales (preferably in education or edtech). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle rejections and objections positively. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call logs is a plus.
