Telemarketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective customers

? Promote our financial services - loans, credit cards, insurance

? Coordinate for document collection and eligibility checking

? Schedule follow-ups and assist in deal closures

? Maintain CRM records and meet performance targets

Qualifications & Skills:

? Degree holders preferred

? Knowledge of

financial products

(loans, insurance, credit) is a must

?

Experience

in Tele calling/ sales/ financial sector is

highly preferred

? Good communication in Malayalam & English

? Confidence, clarity in speech, and a customer-focused approach
