Job Description

Creative IBS is looking for a Telemarketing who will be responsible for engaging with potential leads over the phone and effectively communicating the benefits of our service. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, friendly behaviour, and a strong desire to assist people in achieving business goals.

JOB Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to prospective leads. Responding to inbound inquiries about our services. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and conversion rates. Providing exceptional customer service. Assisting the leads in all procedures. Collaborating with different departments for smooth operations.

JOB Requirements

:

Excellent English and Malayalam communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer-centric approach. Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience in telemarketing, telecalling, or customer service. Ability to work independently or in teams. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel sheets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,339.43 - ?25,472.79 per month

Work Location: In person
