Future Finserv is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team as a Loan Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing them with suitable loan options from various banks and NBFCs. Your role will be crucial in building client relationships and driving loan applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to offer loan products and services.
• Assess clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate loan options.
• Provide detailed information about loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of prospects.
• Assist clients with the loan application process and documentation.
• Collaborate with banks and NBFCs to ensure a smooth application process.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Meet monthly targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives.
• Stay updated on financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service, preferably in finance or loan consulting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with banking and financial products is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
